The POMARE dress is the most regal piece of the Matavai Collection, echoing the missionary era with its modest, flowing silhouette. Crafted in luminous silk, it features lace, ruffles, long sleeves, and a high neckline, with plain fabric meeting the Oka floral motif at the hem. Named for the Tahitian royal dynasty, POMARE unites memory and tradition in a timeless expression of Polynesian elegance.

The Okika Honohono rebaptised Oka motif is an ode to the orchid, at once delicate and enduring. It unfolds in opal green, black, and brown plum. Beyond its floral beauty, this motif carries meaning: a bridge between Hawaii and Polynesia, a thread binding shared histories and island spirits across the ocean.
